The YLW Series organic heat carrier boiler is a square-box-type assembled forced-circulation chain grate boiler. The boiler is composed of an upper body (or upper body + lower body) and a lower grate, assembled on-site at the construction site.
The YLL/YGL series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate/fixed furnace boiler. The heat exchange surface of the furnace body adopts a densely arranged coil structure, and the flue gas undergoes S-shaped multi-return heat exchange, resulting in a high heat exchange and high thermal efficiency.
The single drum water pipe boiler consists the boiler on the top and the chain grate down and can be assembled and leave the factory as a whole. The boiler body is vertically arranged as a single drum. The drum and the water wall tubes on both sides constitute the radiation heating surface of the furnace, and the convective heating surface is composed of the water pipes and the tube bundles on both sides.
This series of boilers are fueled with wood processing waste, forestry/agricultural biomass and agroforestry mixed biomass.
